NOIRE RIVER - 5 DAY-- New for 2010 - The Noire is a beautiful Quebec whitewater river flowing from its headwaters below La Verendrye south to the Ottawa River near Pembroke.

Less well known and less traveled than other rivers in the area, the Noire has the greatest length of runnable whitewater, the shortest total distance that must be portaged, the best chance of seeing wildlife and least chance of seeing other paddlers.

Our 5 Day Noire River trip paddles the exciting lower section of the river.

We start at Lac Raymond and paddle approximately 75 km to our take out at the Black River Inn.
