I am a recently-retired an education teacher based in the Ottawa area. After a long hiatus from guiding to raise my kids and focus on work, more recently I have had the opportunity to rekindle my love for guiding with Black Feather in the summer. It has been great to have the opportunity to share the wonder and beauty nature provides as well as the excitement of white water canoe trips. In the winter, I am an avid nordic and backcountry skier. I’m looking forward to another season of meeting new people with similar interests and sharing unique adventures in Northern Canada.
