Overview

Canada’s Nunavut Territory is comprised of an Arctic island archipelago, including Baffin Island. The communities of Pond Inlet, Pangnirtung, Iqauluit, as well as Auyuittuq National Park, Katannilik Territorial Park, and the Soper River are world-renowned destinations in this region. Baffin Island is home to polar bears, bowhead whales, narwhal, arctic foxes, caribou, and dozens of bird species.
